Before I ever picked up a cinema camera, I was making portraits. Photography was my first love — the craft that taught me to see light, faces, and the quiet moments people miss. That love of the image eventually led me to filmmaking, and for years now I've told wedding stories in motion, full time, standing shoulder to shoulder with photographers at every wedding I've filmed.
Now I'm bringing that first passion back — sharpened by everything filmmaking taught me. A filmmaker lives in anticipation: reading the day, knowing the moment before the moment arrives, chasing light the way cinema demands. That instinct doesn't switch off when the camera is making stills.
And it opens a door no traditional photographer can offer: your photographs, your recorded vows, and music — cut together like cinema. This is photography from the other side of the lens, and it's the beginning of something new: photo and film, becoming one story.
